Movie Inspired Boudoir Session
I wanted to create a post to celebrate the awesome updates to Kamila’s Boudoir Site and the special (limited time) package. Besides, The Swanky Studio is definitely something Kamila fans should be talking about! Many blogs feature ‘living in‘ type posts, that pull inspiration from movies or an era to create a coordinating look. While vintage boudoir and starlet sessions are totally having a moment among brides-to-be and photographers in general, I thought that doing a movie themed shoot, where the subject channels their (or their partner’s) favorite character, would be a great way to tie all of this together. I love movies that inspire great style, so I selected some classic films that have become style icons all their own.
Breakfast at Tiffany’s
When the actress playing the part is just as chic as her character, the movie is bound to become a fashion success. Whether you look to Audrey Hepburn or Miss Holly Golightly, your shoot will be too.
Bonnie & Clyde
No one makes murderess look sexier than Bonnie Parker. Her smoking hot gangster beau doesn’t hurt matters either.
While it’s currently a popular trend, Annie Hall can pull off menswear like no other.
For ladies who came of age in the 90’s Cher Horowitz and her homies were like, it.
What are your favorites style films? Or, what other movies do you think would serve as amazing boudoir inspiration?
